Shipping & Delivery

The shipping costs are shown to you during the order process in the shopping cart so that you see before the completion of your order, which shipping costs you arise.

On the product page you will find the prospective dispatch availability of the respective article. Shipment by SwissPost is typically within 1 – 3 business days. Indicating an estimated delivery at the indicated delivery address in  2 – 4 business days.

Please note that this calculation is based on  weekdays, Monday to Friday. No goods will be delivered on Sundays and bank holidays.

Deviations from the indicated readiness for shipment may result in exceptional cases.

Please understand that a delivery is not always possible within the stated delivery time due to fluctuating delivery times (e.g due to extreme weather conditions or traffic-related issues).
