If you conclude a contract as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw without giving reasons within the statutory withdrawal period.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or one of you named third party who is not the carrier who has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by meansof a clear declaration (e.g. by letter sent by post, telephone or email) about your order.
